The 375 Showroom in Brooklyn is hosting another clearance sale. For those who don’t know 375, it’s a hub of designer item and contemporary items. The prices usually range between 20%-60%. True, that the sale doesn’t offer the largest discounts. That being said, the brands like Fendi and Chanel and Balenciaga are really difficult to find on discount.
Below we are including prices and items from the sale. If you have some cash to spend and are into designer items from Palm Angels, Chanel, Balenciaga and more, definitely add this to your to-do list.

The Theory and Helmut Lang at Clothingline was a solid 6 out of 10. The brands are relatively popular. We’re happy to have them hanging in our closets, but no one ever died for those brands either.
The racks are filled with merchandise, a lot of it is relatively recent merchandise (and not items from some warehouse from 30 years ago), and the prices reflect that as well. In comparison to retail, the prices are a good 70% off, but you still have to shell out $155 for a coat and $65 for a sweater.
Since the sale is at Clothingline, reductions take place as well. Thursday prices drop 25%, and we bet that by Friday, prices will drop another 15%-25%. If you’re looking for staple items to fill your wardrobe, don’t miss this one. As always, detailed photos (and pricing) below.

The Manolo Boutique sale started in the beginning of January – and today the 2nd markdowns finally begin. While there aren’t too many sizes left, the sale is worth the trip – because if you find something you like at 60% off, you hit the jackpot.
The place is full of classy finds. The iconic hangisis are 50% off, but most other things are 60% off. If you have the opportunity to get yourself into midtown in the next two weeks, definitely add the Manolo markdown to your list of to-dos.

Another year and with it another Global Fashions Group. The weather wasn’t great so tracking out wasn’t that easy in the sub-zero temperature. In terms of merchandising – most of the items were Valentino, with some Valentino Red and Missoni as well.
The sale had both clothes and shoes. Shoes were priced at 70% off highest retail price, and clothes were 80% off. Unfortunately, the items are missing price tags, so you have to rely on your phone and research throughout. If you’re looking to spend $300-$1,000 per item, then you should check the Global Fashions sale.

SuperDry was a typical 260 sample sale: prices that you know will be reduced on the last day, tons of merchandise but no good finds. People on IG were messaging asking us if they have jackets for men, and they didn’t have the items that people want from Superdry, they just have random pieces.
I didn’t even know SuperDry made denim dresses but at the sale we found out. We were expecting a workout brand, but found a lot of 2nd-tier items like dresses, jeans and shorts. I would have liked to see more leggings, more dry-fit shirts, jackets.
Our recommendation, skip this. If you’re looking for workout gear, hold out for a sale with better pricing and merchandise.

The Michelle Waugh sample sale was for people who value quality. There were 2 racks of clothes, a lot of the same style in multiple sizes. High quality cashmere and wool. Timeless, trendy and classy pieces. However, we would have loved to see more designs and steeper discounts but you don’t always get what you want in life.
The staff was really sweet and offered an additional 10% off to ShopDrop users. The prices were 50% off retail. Since the coats go for over $1K at retail, the sale would make sense for people who appreciate that brand and quality.

It’s that time of year again when Zadig & Voltaire takes over two storefronts in SoHo to discount the brands’ (very recent merchandise) for up to 70% off. For those who frequent the regular sample sale, this isn’t it. The price cuts aren’t as steep, but the merchandise is much more current and the shopping experience more pleasant. All pricing is on a sticker basis (certain colors = certain percentages off) and range from 30% off to 70% off. We’ll discuss both in details below and keep on scrolling for address & photos.
Zadig & Voltaire for women: nice large space that is very well organized. The staff was super helpful and sweet. Tons of knits, jackets, and shoes. Most of the merchandise fell between the orange sticker, which was 40% off. Keep in mind though, that it was really 40% off the outlet price (lower than the actual retail price) so overall it was a pretty decent deal with a price cut of 60% off at the end of the day. Of merchandise that was 70% off, there was some, not a whole lot. At the end of the day, the pricing at the warehouse sale was higher than the 260 bi-annual sample sale, but the items were current, and the shopping experience top-notch.
Zadig & Voltaire for men: the space was smaller than the women’s, but still a decent amount of merchandise. Most of it was 60% off the lowest ticketed price. If you purchased three or more items, you got them all for 70% off. The sales staff was so sweet and helpful. Lots of jackets, a good amount of them were leather. A few shoes but not a huge selection. If you’re looking to revamp the closet of your beau, definitely check this one out.

We loved the last 2 sample sales we visited and we are excited for this Modern Vice sample sale as well. It did not disappoint. Hosted in the Modern Vice headquarters in the fashion district of New York, the sale offered multi-leveled shelves filled with shoes, slip-on, and boots. The footwear was organized by size and ranged in price from $149-$249, reaching up to 70% off retail.
The staff was extremely sweet and helpful and worked with you until you found a pair of boots that suited you perfectly. An additional perk is that the manufacturing studio, hidden in the back of the showroom. You can choose any top of the shoe you like, and they’ll craft the shoe especially for you right then and there. If you’re looking for amazing-quality footwear that will last you through the rough winter season of NY, this sample sale is a must.

The Lud Sample Sale was one of those interesting, down-time winter sales, where you could find items from a contemporary brand at a discount. It’s no jaw-dropping brands at 90% off but it’s something.
The Lud sample sale is located in a basement location, staff is quite sweet, mostly jackets selling for $250-$500, many sizes and lots of fur items. In fact, if you mention ShopDrop at checkout, you’ll get an extra 10% off. Thank us later!

In the past year, Clothingline has been hosting less independent sales and more blowout sales, where leftovers from previous sample sales sell for dirt cheap. To kick off 2019, the sample sale house launched another blowout sale, advertising that most items will be under $35.
We stood in line and checked out the sale to see if the rumors were true. They were. Plenty of contemporary brands selling for $5-$35. EFM, Halston (capped at $35), Eva Franco, Alala (sport bras and leggings for $10)m Schutz shoes for $10 (yes, the most random sizes and styles – and you might never find a 2nd shoe – but still? $10? We’re glad we went).
